Randy Frisch is the co-founder and COO of Uberflip, focused on ensuring strategy, operations, marketing and sales work in harmony to guide the company toward growth and profitability. With a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, Randy has always leaned to marketing - even in his first job as a Marketing Manager at Rubbermaid. With extensive leadership experience in both B2B and B2C operational environments, he takes a customer-focused approach so that Uberflip always exceeds expectations. Randy was a key driver in the success of Uberflip's debut product, Flipbooks, but as more marketers began to adopt the platform, he quickly saw a gap in the market. There was too little control over the content experience and virtually no insight into what was working. This helped shape what would become the company's signature product, Uberflip Hubs. Randy is an engaging speaker, team builder, thought leader and a typical Canadian hockey nut. He believes that anything is possible with the right team and that a strong corporate culture is the foundation of creating a successful company. In his spare time, Randy is likely chasing his three kids and torturing himself as a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs hockey fan.
